REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW


We hope you'll be pleased with your purchase. If you should change your mind, and wish to return anything bought from rhinoindustrialsupplies.co.uk, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product providing it's in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 10 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.* Please see below for exceptions to this policy.

Faulty Goods


Any goods which have a manufacturing fault can be returned and a replacement will be provided once we have checked the item.

When returning goods we need to know when the item was purchased and what the fault is.

Incorrectly Supplied Goods


Any goods incorrectly supplied can be returned and correct items will be issued. Credit for wrongly supplied goods will not be issued until goods are received back and checked.

Incorrectly Fitting Goods


Any items supplied that are supplied as per customer order, and found not to fit the wearer can be exchanged for another size providing there is no print or embroidery on the garment, and it has not been worn and has all tags on

If the garment has been ordered in especially (i.e. not a standard stock item) then a 30% restocking charge will be applied.

Unwanted Goods


Any goods no longer needed, but supplied correct to customer order can be returned within 7 days of purchase, providing it has all original packaging and not been used, and proof of purchase. A 25% restocking charge will be applied.

When you buy online, you have additional rights as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations. This means if you as the purchaser notify us in writing of your wish to return an item within 7 working days of receiving it, we’ll refund you for both the purchase price and the delivery charge. Please make sure you take reasonable care of the item while it's in your possession, and that it's returned to us unused.

If the product returned is not in fully resale able condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • The original account no longer exists
  • The original account details have expired
  • The recipient requires a credit
  • Products we're unable to refund or exchange
  • We're unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to measure/order items unless they're faulty.

Delivery charges


We'll refund the purchaser any delivery charge paid when a product is faulty or damaged. Furthermore, should you buy a product online or by phone and you change your mind about it, providing you notify us in writing within 7 working days of receiving it, we’ll refund the purchase price and any delivery charge you may have paid. After 7 days we’ll refund the purchase price, but not delivery charges. *

Cancellation of made-to-order products


Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order or made-to-measure product for any reason, it's unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply, and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. *
